About this site
Next Rocket Launch answers one question as plainly as possible: is there a rocket launch today — and if so, when and where can I watch it? No jargon-first tables, no account, no app. Just the answer, the schedule, and honest viewing advice.
Launch data comes from Launch Library 2, the open launch database maintained by The Space Devs and used by much of the spaceflight community. Pages are rebuilt several times a day from the latest snapshot, and each page also refreshes statuses live in your browser when you visit.
Launch times change constantly — weather, technical checks and range traffic move T-0s with little notice. We show the data’s own confidence (a confirmed “Go for Launch” vs. a tentative “TBD”) so you can decide when to drive to the beach. Always confirm with the launch provider before traveling a long way.
Viewing guides are curated editorially and describe public, legal viewing locations. Fees and access policies (especially at Playalinda Beach and Jetty Park) change seasonally — check the venue’s official page for current rules.
